Wellness Fair Extra Credit

I am blogging today about my experiences at the Illinois State University Wellness Fair that I attended two weeks ago. My experiences at the Wellness Fair can be best describe as interesting to say the least, I learned numerous facts about personal, emotional, and spiritual health. Moreover, out of all the organizations at the fair I was most interested by the Health Promotion and Wellness information stand the organization that actually ran the fair itself. Notably, they intrigued me the most because of the Health Myths fact sheet they gave me, many of the myths were debunked by  expert analysis on them. An example of one of this debunked myths is that cold weather makes you sick, I found this one interesting because I always thought  cold weather does make you sick but instead its actually the increased close contact with other individuals  that makes you sick.
