Globalization

1. I view Americanization as a good thing for both America and the countries involved  because the purchasing of American symbols like Yankee baseball hats and Chicago Bulls T shirts will help spread democracy and free trade to country involved. The idea's of democracy and free trade are a good thing because it will help the less fortunate have a say in there government.

2. McDonaldization is a term that describes how fast food restaurants like McDonald's are rapidly becoming dominate in American society as well as the rest of the world.

3. Optimistic Hyperglobalizers see the aspect of globalization generally as a good thing worldwide, t hey argue that globalization is seemingly making the world more modern. Pessimistic Hyperglobailzers see  the aspect of globalization as a bad thing for the nations of the world because they argue that global capitalism is considered soulless and unethical for the less fortunate countries involved.
